Director, Consulting and Technical Services, NSF International UK
An expert in supply chain integrity and sustainability, Jackie has spent her career working across food and non-food programs in major international supermarkets in the UK, USA, Asia and Australia.
Jackie led Sainsburys’ supply chain technical change programs across food and non-food, spending time in their Boston USA subsidiary, Shaws, and a further 12 months setting up the non-food technical team in Hong Kong, before joining Coles supermarkets in Australia in 2006. She led several key change programs, improving the quality and sustainability of Coles private label food offer, including animal welfare programs, which step-changed the quality and sensory attributes of beef, and developed one of the world’s most complete quality and sustainable seafood sourcing programs. At Coles she set up the first retail training academy, leading to a vast improvement in product quality and a reduction in food safety issues.
On returning to the UK in 2016 Jackie took up the position of Director of Consulting and Technical services for NSF, leading the technical and responsible sourcing programs to support a diverse range of clients.
